Signatures and Declaration

I/We agree that we (herein called The Broker) will act as an agent for the borrower when referring loans to Capital At Call (the registered business name of Capital At Call Pty Ltd ACN 123 327 417)
I/We agree that no employee/r relationship exists between Capital At Call and The Broker
I/We agree to provide a Tax Invoice (in the appropriate form) to Capital At Call prior to requesting payment of fees to The Broker
I/We agree and acknowledge that any fees, costs, charges or expenses to be paid by the Borrower from the loan will only be paid following settlement and following the provision of a brokerage agreement and direction signed by the Borrower.
I/We understand that information concerning me/us collected from any source, including any information:

contained in this application
relating to the outcome of this application may be made available or used by Capital At Call for the purposes of:
enabling Capital At Call to provide services or information to me/us in accordance with my requests or reasonable expectations;
the Capital At Call research, planning, product development, risk assessment, risk modelling and marketing; and
any other purpose authorised by law

failure to provide information required in this application may affect the success of this application or any further application I/we may make to Capital At Call
I/We can amend any personal information that Capital At Call holds about me/us or find out what information Capital At Call holds about me/us, by contacting Capital At Call, GPO Box 2286, Fortitude Valley BC, QLD 4006
while Capital At Call will take all reasonable steps to protect information that I/we provide, Capital At Call cannot guarantee the security of certain types of information provided by me/us (for example over the internet or by email).
